SOCOMORE proposes new clean and performing technologies for surface preparation before painting or boding on different metals. These developments come from aircraft manufacturers patents. Sol-gel SOCOGEL are aqueous solutions of zirconium salts, activated by an organo-silicon compound. After application, the Solgel solution forms a high performance hybrid coating, which enhances the adhesion of paint systems or bonding on metals and alloys or protects against corrosion.

NYCOTE LABORATORIES’ Nycote^® 7-11 easily applies to any surface such as to titanium, stainless steel, aluminum and other substrates that need protection from aircraft fuels, oil, lubricants, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids and salt spray. Our clear-fluid base, which can be tinted, designed to eliminate pinholes and create a void-free impervious barrier that is unattainable by other products. It also provides excellent high impact, abrasion resistance, flexibility and toughness at temperatures of -70° F to +300° F (-57° C to +149°C).
